ChordyV (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a chord chart companion app delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This policy explains what data we handle and how we use it.

1. Website

This site is a brochure/landing page. We do not collect personal data here, and we do not use cookies or analytics.

2. App

• Google account basics: when you sign in, we receive your display name and email address from Firebase Authentication.
• Chord data: all chord charts and folders are stored locally on your device. Export/Import creates JSON files you manage yourself.
• Technical basics: caching (via a service worker) allows the app to work offline. We do not use analytics or third-party cookies.

3. User Rights

You can delete chord data at any time in the app. To manage your Google account data, use your Google Account settings. Logging out removes the login session from your device.

4. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date above.
