We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.

• Your chord charts and folders remain yours and are stored locally on your device unless you export/share them.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any imported content does not infringe copyright or law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Distributing unlawful or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineering, abusing, or interfering with the app or related services.

5. Intellectual Property

“ChordyV” and its related graphics are our intellectual property. Do not use our branding without permission.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of chord data you store or export.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
